For the past seven years, at the New York City Law Office of Ryan S. Goldstein, PLLC, Ryan Goldstein and his staff have provide skilled legal services in the various areas of personal injury including toxic mold litigation, slip/trip and fall accidents, motor vehicle accidents, construction site accidents, medical malpractice cases as well as representing numerous sick rescue workers from the WTC disaster.  A large area of our practice also includes representing both purchasers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions . Additionally, our firm represents companies and individuals involved in commercial disputes including shareholder disputes, partnership dissolutions, breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty claims. Lastly, our firm represents individuals who have been wrongfully terminated from their employment as a result of discrimination based upon race, disability and gender. 

Currently, Ryan S. Goldstein is an instructor at Hunter College teaching the following courses: Tort Law; Appellate Issues in Tort Law; and Insurance Issues in Tort Law. For the previous six years, Mr. Goldstein was an instructor of Tort Law in the Continuing Education program at Marymount Manhattan College. He received his Juris Doctor at the Quinnipiac College School of Law. He is also a former President of the Monday Night Law program with the Association of the Bar of the City of New York as well as an active member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association as well as the New York County Bar Association.
