ROBERT A. GOLDSTEIN ARBITRATOR AND MEDIATOR

I’Robert A. Goldstein's practice is limited to Alternative Dispute Resolution and acts as a full time arbitrator and mediator in cases arising out of personal injury, professional negligence ,commercial, real estate, ,and construction disputes. Robert was admitted to practice law in California in 1980, and was admitted to the Nevada bar in 1993. He has personally tried over one hundred (100) cases, which have included several jury verdicts. With over forty years of experience as a litigator representing plaintiffs and defendants, Robert has the ability to understand and evaluate each side of every claim, as well as gaining an understanding of each side's perspective. Robert has the experience to provide an atmosphere conducive to achieving a resolution of the dispute.
